Refund policy

All Sales Final

All sales are final. I'm unable to offer returns or exchanges once an order is placed, unless something is clearly wrong with your item (more on that below). If you're ever unsure about a piece, I'd genuinely love to answer any questions before you buy.

Before Your Order Ships

Changed your mind? If your order hasn't shipped yet, please reach out as soon as you can and I'll do my best to issue a refund.

If Something Isn't Right

I check and pack every order with care, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't arrive at all, please reach out within 10 days of the delivery date (a photo helps if you have one) and I'll do everything I can to make it right.
